Neville Special Projects’ Warren Sparrow attended the annual Safer Cambridgeshire Police Awards evening, held at Burgess Hall in St Ives, the event was hosted by the Chief Constable, Nick Dean, and recognises officers and staff for the work they do day in and day out, to keep people of Cambridgeshire safe.
The event relies on funding from sponsorship, and Neville Special Projects sponsored the ‘Health and Wellbeing’ award, which was won by Sergeant Laura Rainbird. The event also raised more than £355 for the charity COPS (Care of Police Survivors), as chosen by staff, through a raffle of prizes donated by the award sponsors and companies the force has worked with over the past year.
