We’re proud to announce the successful completion of our works at Lady Zia Wernher School.
The scope of these works included;
- Internal refurbishment of the Central Wing
- Construction of two new steel-framed classroom blocks
- A new entrance lobby and associated external works
- Specialist fit-outs including:
Hydrotherapy pool
Trampoline room
Rock n Roll room
Music room
Two new SEN-specialised playgrounds with specialist surfacing
However, these intricate and specialised projects are never short of their challenges. Such as delivering this product in a live school environment – this required careful planning and coordination, including;
- Deliveries were scheduled around drop-off and pick-up times
- Works were phased to align with school holidays
- Refurbishment carried out with minimal disruption to term-time operations
As our Project Manager put it:
“It has been a real challenge from day one, but to see the end results and the benefit it will have for all the students at the school is a tribute to all involved in the delivery of this project.”
👏 A huge thank you to our dedicated team, partners, and the school staff for their collaboration in making this project a success. The facilities will provide real, lasting benefits for students for years to come.
