Client: Dr Challoner's Grammar School

Set over two phases, this project consisted of extensive work to develop the school’s science block. Phase one was a two storey extension over an existing single storey classroom together with a re-build of first floor link bridge to provide two new chemistry laboratories.  Phase two was the refurbishments to other parts of the block, consisting of strip out, alterations and re-fit of two further laboratories, prep room and staff room.  Works also included replacement external windows and new rooflights.  The MEP scope included a full refurbishment of mechanical ventilation, HCWS pipework, lighting, power, fire alarm, data and BMS system.
