Set over two phases, this project consisted of extensive work to develop the school’s science block. Phase one was a two storey extension over an existing single storey classroom together with a re-build of first floor link bridge to provide two new Chemistry laboratories. Phase two was the refurbishments to other parts of the block consisting of strip out, alterations and re-fit of two Chemistry Laboratories, Prep Room and Staff Room. Works also included replacement external windows and new rooflights. MEP scope included for a full refurbishment of mechanical ventilation, HCWS pipework, lighting, power, fire alarm, data and BMS system.
