Client: St Albans High School for Girls

Neville Special Projects was awarded the contract at the Prep School to undertake internal alterations to the main school building to create two new classrooms; a home economics area within the existing canteen; reconfigured toilet facilities; a new caretaker’s office; new lighting, flooring, redecorations and window refurbishments throughout; and external works to create new car parking area with traffic control and flood prevention remedial measures.  Repairs and renovations to the existing Grade II listed front wall and gates was also covered in the works.

The works took place during the school’s summer holiday period, although special care had to be taken due to summer school activities.
