The project involved the strip out and re-fit of a two storey building for Bedfordshire
Police, creating a SARC unit for Central Bedfordshire.

The building was stripped out completely to a bare shell, including all finishes,
ceilings, internal walls, it was then fitted out throughout with a reception area,
kitchens, family waiting rooms, forensic waiting rooms, toilets and showers, along
with interview, monitoring rooms and staff office areas. New M&E, air handling,
air conditioning, high security systems, data services, virtual court room video and
recording equipment were installed, the whole building was decorated and new
floor finishes fitted
