Emerald Centre

Client: Bedfordshire Police

Duration: 10 weeks

Neville Special Projects undertakes a large amount of work for Bedfordshire Police, and this project involved the strip out and re-fit of a two storey building for police force to create a Sexual Assault Referral Centre - the Emerald Centre - for the Central Bedfordshire region.

The building was stripped out completely to a bare shell, including all finishes, ceilings, internal walls, and was then fitted out throughout with a reception area, kitchens, family waiting rooms, forensic waiting rooms, toilets and showers, along with interview and monitoring rooms, and staff office areas. New M&E, air handling, air conditioning, high security systems, data services, virtual court room

video and recording equipment were installed, and the whole building was decorated and new floor finishes fitted.

"Due to your Site Manager's professional approach to site management, the creation of our space was completed to a level of high quality and in a positive environment."
