Neville Special Projects won the contract of the strip out and refurbishment/alteration/fit out of a SARC unit to bring it up to current standards.

​

Following the strip out works it was clear the building required a complete re-design, this included fire strategy/drylining and partition works, complete MEP package to include multiple solutions to suit various areas of the building as one size did not fit all, a new Central Heating system, Main HVAC system, Local Air con and local ventilation/extraction.

​This project is the first in the UK to go for ACAS Accreditation. The building must be in operation for 6 months before the accreditation audit can be conducted.
