Neville Special Projects was awarded the contract to construct of a new Aldi supermarket developer shell, ancillary spaces, and external works.

The development consisted of a single storey supermarket, together with external car parking, access roadways and loading/delivery dock.  Initially a temporary access vehicle crossover was formed via the side access road and once constructed, a new crossover became the access point.
