Phase 1 - Extension and refurbishment of existing building. Steel frame extension, doubling the size of the existing sales and workshop areas, with provision of new valet facilities. Some internal demolition and structural remodelling and high quality finishes throughout. External envelope incorporating new cladding and curtain walling and new external paved car sales areas.

Phase 2 – Refurbishment of Existing showroom / offices and external works with provision of new MOT bays to the refurbished workshops.

Duration: 38 Weeks

Phase 1 - Construction of new valet wash bay facility. Steel frame building with metal cladding internally and externally, providing up to 15 bays for washing and dry valeting.

Phase 2 - Extension and refurbishment of existing workshops. Steel frame extension, with large scale internal demolition and structural remodelling, with high quality finishes throughout. External envelope incorporating new cladding and curtain walling and new external paved car sales areas.

Phase 3 – Refurbishment of Existing showroom / offices and external works.
