Neville Special Projects was appointed to construct a steel frame B2/B8 building, including external works, and fit out. 

 

Following demolition of an existing warehouse, the construction of the new portal framed industrial building began, comprising of a 800m2 warehouse and 320m2 office space, set across two storeys, to accommodate a relocated production/storage facility.  The building was clad in Kingspan composite roof and wall panels with Kawneer windows to the office.

External work included a concrete apron to the yard; block paved parking; security fencing/gates; and car charging facilities.  A watching brief during excavations was maintained for contamination hot spots, arising from the previous usage of the site.
