The 2026 intake within Nevilles Special Projects is already shaping up to be an exciting one, we spoke to these three new starters and their first few weeks have perfectly captured what NSP is all about.
From small, hands-on site set-ups with tight-knit teams to the hustle and bustle of major live projects with 80+ construction professionals on site, the experience so far has been incredibly varied - and hugely rewarding.
Joining a 150-year-old, family-run construction company brings with it a real sense of heritage and pride. The values, teamwork, and drive for quality run deep, and that culture is felt from day one. New starters have spoken about how welcomed they’ve felt, the openness to new ideas, and the genuine support from colleagues and managers alike.
The projects are challenging - but that’s part of the appeal. Working alongside professionals with a true can-do attitude, high standards are being set and something special is being delivered.
