Project Completion

Proud to share the successful completion of our latest project at London Luton Airport (LLA).

Delivered within a live terminal environment, a fast-paced 5-week programme took place to complete a complex “cut & carve” conversion of a single retail unit into three new retail spaces, ready for CAT B fit out.

Working within an operational airport demanded meticulous planning, close coordination, and strong collaboration with the client team. Despite a tight timeframe, the team maintained programme certainty and delivered a high-quality outcome, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover.

This project marks Neville Special Projects’ first within the terminal at LLA — marking a significant milestone and providing a strong platform for future opportunities.
