Project Completion - St Alband High School For Girls

Delighted to mark the successful completion of our refurbishment project at St Albans High School For Girls, Townsend Avenue.

This scheme saw the comprehensive upgrade of two occupied buildings, including new WC facilities, full MEP installations, structural alterations, and high-quality internal finishes.Delivering within a live school environment required meticulous planning and sequencing, with the safety of staff and students at the forefront throughout. Despite constraints around access, logistics, and restricted working hours, the team maintained programme certainty through proactive coordination, clear communication, and disciplined delivery.

The result is a modern, functional space that not only supports the school’s operational needs but also enhances the environment for its students and staff.
