Great to see Phase 3 at Lady Zia Wernher School continuing to make strong progress. 🚧
The two new classrooms are now taking shape, with the masonry works completed and the scaffold removed, allowing the project to move into the next stage of construction.
Recent progress has included the installation of insulation, underfloor heating and screed to the new classrooms and corridor, alongside the commencement of boundary fencing works and preparations for the next phases of internal fit-out.
Mechanical and electrical first fix activities are now underway, with HVAC ductwork installations progressing and internal classroom storage areas beginning to take shape. Specialist drilling and wall chasing works have also been completed to facilitate service installations throughout the building.
As the project advances, careful planning and collaboration between our site team and supply chain partners continue to ensure works remain on programme while maintaining a safe working environment for everyone on site.
We look forward to sharing further progress as these new learning spaces continue to develop for the pupils and staff at Lady Zia Wernher School.
