Project Update - St Albans High School for Girls

Neville Special Projects is pleased to share a glimpse of Building No.2, now practically complete following its transformation into modern teaching accommodation. The former residential property has been reconfigured to provide new classrooms and support spaces, delivered efficiently thanks to its previous refurbishment and modern construction standards. The building has been snagged by the client team, with minimal items raised — a real credit to the site team.

What’s next – Building No.4

Works are continuing on Building No.4, where we are in the final stages of a far more complex refurbishment of the original Victorian structure. This has included extensive structural steel installation, floor strengthening, fire upgrades and damp remediation to bring the building up to modern standards, all delivered within a live school environment.

Completion is expected in February – so stay tuned!
