We were recently asked by local learning disability charity Harpenden Mencap to donate some time and materials to help a Harpenden resident, Mark, install electricity into his garden shed.
Through the Mencap charity, Mark and his wife Alison are able to live semi-independently at their home. As a big fan of model trains, Mark uses the shed in his garden for his hobby.
Having been approached by Mark’s support worker Dave, to make sure he could get as much use out of it as possible, we sent electricians Michael and John over to help him power it up!
Its great to be involved with charity projects like these!
