We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager / Writer to join our Head Office team in Luton.


Reporting directly into the Senior Management Team, this is a key role within our business. The successful candidate will lead the full bid lifecycle, producing high-quality, compelling bid and tender submissions across public sector frameworks, commercial tenders, and opportunities within high-security environments and the blue light community.


This role requires a highly organised and detail-focused professional who is commercially aware and confident working to tight deadlines. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, ensuring every submission reflects our standards of quality, precision, and excellence.


We’re looking for someone with:
