The Hat District is a collection of historic listed buildings built in Luton in the late 1800’s, and Neville Special Projects were appointed to work on a number of projects as part of the redevelopment

of the area.

We were awarded the contract to develop Hat Works - a Grade II listed building.  The internal refurbishment of this building, included bespoke replacement timber windows; refurbishment of some of the internal doors; and the manufacture of a new staircase and entrance lobby, which our sister company – Neville Joinery was involved in.
