Apprenticeship Programme

Our Apprenticeship Programme is open for applications for 2025!

We have a long history of successful apprenticeship programmes, (going back to our first one in 1881) and we are now looking for our 2025 intake.

Starting in September, we are looking for the following apprentices:
 
Neville Joinery
Bench Joiner – Level 2 and 3
​
Neville Special Projects
Apprentice Estimator - Level 6

HOW TO APPLY

Applications are open from 21st March 2025 - 10th May, with interviews taking place at the end of May 2025.

Qualifications required

  • We welcome applications from 16 years upwards.

  • GCSE English and Maths Level 4 (Grade C) or above is mandatory.

  • Degree apprentices will require a minimum of 104-120 UCAS points or BCC or BBB at A Level, or BTEC’s    DMM or DDM.

  • You must be eligible to live, work and remain in England.

  • You must live within one hour’s commute of our Head Office in Leagrave, Luton.
